Our services are available to all individuals and families of Cook, Lake, McHenry, Kane, DuPage and Will counties in Illinois.
For those Veterans who are utilizing our services we offer price discounts as well as additional services at no additional charges.
What is required for the veterans package?
The following is recommended but not limited to: the veteran's full name; rank; branch of service; date of entry and discharge; serial number; social security number and/or any VA claim numbers. This information is required to establish eligibility.
